These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. Please note that all calls to our Customer Services Representatives will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary). Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.


Definitions “Conditions” means these terms and conditions and the Special Conditions; “Product” means a product displayed for sale on the Website; “Product Description” means that part of the Website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided; “Special Conditions” means the terms and conditions in the Product Description; “Users” means the users of the Website collectively; “Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration; “We/us” means Slang Teez Enterprises Ltd – trading as slangteez.com “Website” means the website located at www.slangteez.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it;”Cookies” means small text files which our Website places on your computer’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer.

Use of the website

Access: You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditionsand any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Registration: You warrant that:

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers,directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

Our rights

We reserve the right to:

• modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or

• change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of theWebsite (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. Purchase of products

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract creation and electronic contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

• You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

• We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from slangteez.com

• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock – please see Product Availability

• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

• Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the mainTerms & Conditions.

All our prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at anytime. Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our Website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

Payment methods

– Please note, we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using email.

– Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.

– Please note that slangteez.com does not accept, cheques, or gift vouchers as payment online or over the telephone.

– When an order is placed, we request pre-authorisation for the value of the order from your bank/card issuer to ensure that the funds are available. We have found that some card companies show the initial request and the later charge as two separate entries, please be assured that we only charge your card once and that any ‘second’ charge is only temporary and will shortly disappear.

Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price excluding the delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them. Note: The print of the logo’s on some shirt’s may vary slightly from what is displayed on the website.

Change or cancel an order

We are sorry that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services Team for advice on  8763521868  between 10am and 5pm Monday – Friday, or email us at  info@slangteez.com.

In order to change the details of your order, you must notify us within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Please have your PayPal unique transaction ID number and the date the order was placed to hand. After this time we are unable to amend your order as we endeavour to process orders immediately therefore we would request that you return the goods once they have been delivered – please see section below with Our returns procedure.

Delivery arrangements

Jamaica Deliveries: Standard deliveries between 1-2 working days

International deliveries:Standard Airmail between 10-14 working days

Please note the timescales on Express Mail estimations – deliveries are normally sooner .

Please make sure to select the correct country of destination, any attempts to select JA. in the hope of receiving cheaper delivery charge will be refunded.  Please note slangteez.com can not guarantee specific delivery dates and specific delivery times.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the time scales set out above, or arrives incomplete please email us at info@slangteez.com or call us on 8763521868 between 10am and 5pm, Monday – Friday. If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before. If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please call us on 8763521868 and speak with Our Customer Service Representatives.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us, following the instructions below, and we will exchange or refund it.

The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the Website. Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags (if applicable) still attached within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original packaging. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don’t throw it away and please return it with your goods. Please note that in all cases postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case please return the goods to us.

Returns procedure

Returns can be made via Express Mail or courier. Returns for damaged, faulty or goods received in error will be accepted provided we are notified within the 7 day stipulation set out above.

Please include: PayPal transaction ID or receipt number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

To return unsuitable purchase(s) we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

and include a note inside the parcel with the name of the person who placed the order and the date the order was placed, your order number, the item description and what size you want the item exchanged to and then the return address you want the parcel to be shipped to.

We aim to process your returned parcel within 48 hours upon receipt. Although we may process your refund within 48 hours, the amount may not appear on your credit card or bank statement for 5 to 7 working days, depending on how quickly your credit card company or bank do this for you.

Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability inrespect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.
